Haven't seen much activity on the list lately but thought I would list this
here first. I have a complete NEW BC-458 kit that includes everything needed
to build up a CE VFO from a BC-458 transmitter. It includes a new in the
original box BC-458, and in a separate original box the rest of the parts.
(New cabinet, New front panel, all of the associated parts to complete the
kit and instruction manual are packed inside of the cabinet). I would guess
that you will not find another package like this available complete
anywhwere. 

 

Would make an excellent collectors piece or will take you back in time when
these were available and we couldn't afford to buy them this way. I built my
own back then from a used BC-458 and no cabinet or band-switching. Here is a
complete one that you can build or keep as a collectors un-built kit.

 

Asking $360.00 and I will double box and ship to the US.  Don't let this one
get away as it may be one of a kind left today.

I have a number of BC-458 VFOs on the shelf and a Lakeshore Bandhopper in
the operating position and have decided to let this go.
