[Central-Electronics] Adjust drove 100V to 600L.

Hi Jim, Jim & group,

My first 100V & 600L I got from an estate in early 50's. The scope was
not operating. To adjust modulation level, I momentarialy injected full CW
carrier noting the plate reading on the 600L. Then, I kicked the plate
meter reading up to only 50 percent of that maximum while modulating on
SSB. This allows for "meter lag".
In the many, many years of operating, I never got any reports of
anything less than beautiful, excellent, clear audio!
One ham on the Ms. Gulf Coast had remarked in the middle of a
discussion of another subject, "Ken, you sound like BBC".
That was reference to British Broadcasting Company, in other words,
"broadcast quality audio". I do have a rather deep voice and the 600L
has "punch" with 40 meg capacitor in the final.
I am presently having on-going problems with my boatanchor reciever
so am not fully active. Good luck Jim and Jim and any others with that
wonderful matched broadbanded pair. Take care,

Ken N5CM
