[Central-Electronics] CE-200V - Tubes

Restoration of a 200V is on the horizon and am contemplating the possibility of some tube replacement including the 6BL8's.  I do not have any spares on the shelf.  
Is one brand preferred over another?  Have found a source of NIB at $4 and "good used" at $2.   Any reason not to use "used" as long as they perform as they should or should I go for "new" in a critical circuit?
