From the manual page 37 for frequencies below 25.5 MHz

	Front Panel Crystal =  Xi - 8 - F

For 75 meters Xi is 17.5  Substituting

	Front Panel Crystal = 17.5 - 8 - F

For 3.675

	Front Panel Crystal = 17.5 - 8 - 3.675 = 5.825

For 3.655

	17.5 - 8 - 3.655 = 5.845
