[Central-Electronics] CE100V knobs sought

Hello all,

I am planning and collecting parts for a DDS VFO for my CE100V just for
a fun project. 

To make it look "period" I plan to mount it in a Heathkit enclosure and
use nixie tubes for the frequency readout.

I am looking for two decent knobs from a parts 100V.
I am looking for the BAND switch knob and the EMISSION knob. These will
be inputs to the DDS to change the frequency and offsets as necessary.

What would be really great is if someone had the whole band switch knob
and switch including the lever for AMPS/WATTS/LINE.  I could use this
switch for offset adjust and other functions.
