[Central-Electronics] 100V AF input?

Hi all

The manual to the 100V states that for the AF-IN jack on the rear
"Approximately 0.2 volts are required for full exciter output."   Can
anyone tell me if this is 0.2 volts RMS, peak, or peak-to-peak?
