[Central-Electronics] 100V AF phase shifter

Years ago I talked with Joe Bachelor, the inventor of the 100V coupling
coils and designer of the 100V along with Wes and he said the values in the
audio phasing module have to be matched to within 1% but that the absolute
values can be within 5%. Those little LC meters can match to better than
1%, and that's all that counts.
Hope that helps, Dennis, k0eoo

I wish it were true but those little LCR meters - which are wonderful for
many applications - are not very accurate. For example the little Tenma (a
bit more than $100) has measurement accuracy of around +/- .75 to 1%!
