[Central-Electronics] FP Capacitors

Hi Guys,

The reason that CE is "considering" that this 270ufd/450V FP capacitor may be 
available in the future through CE Distributing is that I have negotiated a 
750-piece lot bulk purchase.  This was the only way I could entice them to make 
it for any kind of reasonable price and to assure a ready supply for the 
future.  But, without the upfront bulk order, there is no part, and that's the 
problem.

If anyone in the group wants to take this rather costly little project over, 
it's certainly fine with me and up for grabs!  But, without a bulk order, 
there was no interest in them making the part since it has zero application beyond 
Central Electronics.

By the way, Central had this part made by Sprague as a custom item...which is 
why we cannot find them from any normal source.  The closest value is 250ufd 
and those are extremely hard to find.
