Subject: [Central-Electronics] CE 100V/200V and 600L Amp
Hello All,
I'm new to the list but have been a fan of Central Electronics equipment
since I first got my license in 1960. I let my General ticket expire about
25 yrs ago and am now in the process of regaining it.
I've been collecting some CE 20As and 10Bs over the years with the hope of
getting them back on the air - a couple need some refurb, but that's the fun
of it. I would like to get my hands on one of the 100V or 200V exciters and
a 600L. They seem pretty pricey, probably due to the rarity but if anyone
knows where I can get my hands on one - even needing some refurb I would
appreciate a heads-up. I've also got a Collins KWM2 WE that I will use as a
recvr until something better shows up or I have the budget to deal with it.
Anyway, I hope the list gets some activity on it - I firmly believe that the
CE equipment has without a doubt some of the best SSB audio on the bands.
73s - formerly WA5ADV and hope to be again soon,
Don Deville
