[Central-Electronics] CE Manuals needed for BAMA

Bob Rinaldi needs a manual for the GC-1 and there are also outstanding
requests for the manuals for the QT-1 and the MM-1.  Bill Sorsby has
provided a hand drawn layout for the QT-1, but I'd still like to add the
original full manual to the files.  I would really like to make the CE
manual collection on BAMA as complete as possible.  If you can help out
on any of these, I would sure appreciate hearing from you.
