[Central-Electronics] AN/USM 207 Counter

While not strictly CE-related, both of my "vintage" USM207 freq counters have 
suddenly died and I am in need of either a full manual or just a schematic 
diagram.  I have been unable to locate this using normal sources.  I acquired 
these as new gov't surplus years ago and they look to nice to dump in the 
garbage can.  Any assistance would be appreciated!
