Thank you all for giving your feedback.  It seems, after all, that many are still using the clipper with batteries instead of the 4x2 diode mod. I wonder what works best?
I was also wondering about the plugs that some folks are mentionning to have in their 100V in replacement to the limiter and filter units. I will probably experiment with that further down the line. Is the filter restricting the audio spectrum to the point that one would like to do without it? Humm...

I will be ready for the "fire up" in about a week. (variac and dummy load!)
