[Central-Electronics] Getting My 100V Ready for Restoration

Good to see this list come alive.

I'll be getting my 100V ready for restoration in the new year so I will be
sure to monitor the list and drop by with questions when I run into trouble.
Right now the VFO is out to repair a frozen tuning mechanism. But like so
many of my projects I got side tracked and will probably forget how to put
it back together. Lets see - where are those notes!!
