[Central-Electronics] The "New" Central Electronics list.

Hello everyone on the Central Electronics,

As you will have discovered from the automailer message that you have
just received, the Central Electronics list has changed it's address and
is now much more easily configurable by the user.  First of all, change
the address in your address book.  The old address that you used to post
messages to before today is gone.  The new address for posting is:
[email protected]

Next, you will want to wend your way to your personal page and change
your password to something that you can remember.  If you subscribe to
several QHT.NET mailing lists, you can use the same password on all of
them.  You use your password to unsubscribe, to suspend for a few days
while you are on vacation, to choose to receive the digest instead of/or
in addition to the regular mailing, and a few other options.  No arcane
commands to send via email.  Just punch the radio buttons that tell
Mailman what you want on your personal Central Electronics web page and
your subscription will be altered according to your wishes.  I've
already changed my password to something that I'll never forget.
However, if I prove to be too confident, I will get a message from
Mailman on a monthly basis reminding me what my password is.

Actually, the changeover to the new software should be fairly simple.
