Good Day Everyone

I am going to try this again. I had tried to send out an email earlier in regards to the C. C. DSTAR Net. I want to say that I am very sorry for not being around to call the Net. This is my busy part of the year and have a very hard time working out all of my details. I also have had a problem to crop up on my Icom 5100A and had to send it in for repair. But I do want to thank everyone for hanging in there and covering the Net and just hanging around for a rag chew session. If there is anyone who would like to help in calling this Net, please feel free in contacting me and I will send a copy of the preamble out to you. The more people we have - the better the coverage. Thanks again for hanging around and as soon as I get my radio back I will get back on the air.

Hey All,

Just to Give everyone an update on the Coastal Carolina DSTAR net.
Me and Les spoke on the Phone as well...Hes working to Get Back on DSTAR.

We Know it has been a bumpy ride with the CCDN. We are glad to have such a
strong user base of ham who push week after week to check into the net.
However to make things easier on our in and hopefully yours as well We are
going to Push the CCDN to REF061C as this is the reflector that most hams
are using during the week. It will hopefully better our attempts at calling
the net each Saturday at 7:30PM EST.

We do Need a few Net Control Stations to help out as well. If you want to
help we can send u a copy of the preamble as well. Please update any notes
and tell your friends the the CCDN is MOVING to REF061C ASAP so the August
13, 2016 net and each net after will Occur on REF061C.

Also to those of you who are on Social Media Please Get in Our Facebook
Page, Faceboo Group and Follow us on Twitter where we will push out updates
and changes as well.

Hey Everyone,

We do need NCS for the Coastal Carolina DSTAR Net held Saturdays @ 1930 EST
on REF061C. I would call the net as much as possible but with the local
DSTAR repeater having issues I may or may not be R2D2 depending on what it
wants to do so we do need someone to pick it up. If you want to give it a
go...send me an email to REF061CNet at gmail.com


Also I am trying to get a better connection into DSTAR but with limited
Funds I do need help.
I set up a Go Fund Me Page for this and I am asking that you Donate to help
keep the CCDN net alive. I am only asking for $1 to $5 per person which
isnt a big amount. If each person on this mailing list would donate $6
bucks It would happen quickly. If you can Donate and Im only asking if you
can (cause I know some of you are limited like me) please do so..If you
can't at least share the link to the GFM page with your friends. I have
already raised $25 and K4HDW is suppose to be sending me a Raspberry Pi,
Power adapter and Case so the Price limit with K4HDW's help would be
$140.00 give or take a few bucks so Im still short $115..Help if you can
thats all I ask.
