[CC-ARES-RACES] ICS Classes & Survey

Hello,
  PG ARES/RACES is trying to get a feel for how many people would like to take the FEMA courses, IS-100 and IS-700. They have been offered (yet another) chance have the 
courses and certifications given by a instructor from the county at the Fire Services Building--but only if we can fill the class!

This is a great opportunity for everyone who wants to take the courses and knock out this ARES/RACES requirement once and for all.
