[CC-ARES-RACES] Comms Update for Charles County and Irene (RACES/ARES)

Greetings,
  Currently Mike Tackish (KA3GRW) is manning the EOC. The 443.700
repeater is being used but no formal net has been established. It will
remain this way until the situation dictates changing it to a directed
net. 

  There is one shelter that has been opened at Milton Sommers Middle School in LaPlata.
Joe Boswell (KB3HMP) has stopped by one and will make visits throughout the day. There
are currently no plans to open a second shelter.

   Feel free to check in with Mike or myself and if you happen to be out
and about and note any weather worthy news to report back to the EOC, please
do so either via the net or email. Include the issue noted and the QTH.
  This would be things such as flooding, roads blocked and power outages.
