[CC-ARES-RACES] Minor Correction to Directions to Cobb Island

Mr. Pike sent me an e-mail that corrects my directions to Cobb Island. 
The road to Cobb Island off of Route 301 is Route 257.  Do not go on
Route 234, or else you will end up in Leonardtown.  Many thanks to Mr.
Pike for that catch.  I guess this means I am officially no longer
indigenous to Cobb Island. I have been away from that area for only 3.5
years. Pls correct the directions accordingly.  As of this time, I
already have some firm and/or partial commitments.  Keep them coming.
