Subject: [WX4LWX - SKYWARN] SKYWARN Activation today at 3pm

I have just been notified by Dave Manning, Warning Coordination 
Meteorologist that we will be bringing SKYWARN up at 3:00pm today. 
SKYWARN will be activated on the main net 147.300 at that time. 
Subnets will be activated as needed in coordination with the SKYWARN 
Amateur Radio Coordinator.
