Bob,

I am not sure who said that I (N3FI, aka Cliff Owen) was in charge of
anything.  In fact I am not.  I only assist on the reflector.  I have never
ever given you any "grief".  And as for "Sherrie" who lived "next door to
his sister", I am a bit perplexed.  I will need to call my mother and let
her know that she has a daughter that none of us knew about.  I think, my
friend, that you are mistaken.  Additionally, I don't believe that I am
associated with the "club" any longer.

Lee, Tom, or whomever, please let me know what it is that I am missing here?

Lee, on the subject of a CCARC clubhouse of our very own, I brought this up
to several people and was given the "DEER IN THE HEADLIGHTS' stare. A long
time ago, before CCARC, JD, April and myself were invited to a meeting in
that very room, of which you speak. They wanted me to furnish all of the
equipment. That didn't fly. They complained that their REACT system didn't
work. When I asked where their antenna was, the response was "leaning
against the side of the building. I tried to explasin antennas to them, and
once again, got the "DEER IN THE HEADLITES STARE" I'd love to make something
like this work, but with the results of a stroke, can't do it alone.  Since
when is N3FI in charge of RACES etc. If that's the way the club wants it, I
can jerk the repeater in short order. I've gotten nothing but grief from
N3FI. Don't know the cause either. Unless Sherrie, who used to live next
door is his sister. She and her husband, Bill Saunders, (Retired Charles
County Sherriff Captain) were great neighbors.

I sent an email today to the ARES/RAES Reflector, and received notice as
follows:  "Post held for approval because Post is by Non-Member to a Members
Only List".  Would the keeper of the admission tickets please check to
determine if I am In or Out, and place me as a Member?  I hope I am part of
the group.
