To All; The November 11, 2003 COMMEX will be conducted from the station =
at Civista Medical Center. The second floor conference room at 7:15 p.m. =
is show time.  The exercise begins at 7:30 p.m.  All that can attend are =
encouraged to do so.  This exercise will focus on our experiences during =
Hurrican Isabel. We will test our ability to accurately send and receive =
messages begin jurisdictions.

Message traffic from our Emergency Director to other jurisdictions is =
pending for this exercise. I am providing a folder of information for =
KE3RE, as I have spoken with him regarding this exercise. I am scheduled =
to work during the exercise and may not be able to attend.=20
