Hello to all;  If you missed the monthly meeting we surely missed you =
too!=20
We had a great speaker and a good crowd. During that meeting, the club =
voted and passed unanimously, the endorsement of Tom Abernethy W3TOM for =
the position of ARRL Section Manager for the MDC Section. This is a very =
important job and requires great personal sacrifice. Long days and =
nights, unending weekends of commitment, endless travel throughout the =
State, etc.  And this is the easy stuff. I personally believe that Tom =
is the most active SM that we have ever had. I urge all of you to =
consider personally endorsing Tom in the upcoming election. Please send =
your personal endorsement to Tom Abernethy W3TOM@erols.com for MDC =
Section Manager. The ARRL will very soon be mailing out the official =
ballots. Keep your eye out for them and cast your vote for Tom, our =
clubs choice.
