[CC-ARES-RACES] Cobb Island Day 2003

Greetings to All,

The Annual Cobb Island Day 2003 event is approaching, and I have a few
early details to offer at this time.  I contacted last year's
coordinator, Ms. Stephanie Potts (who is again coordinating this year's
activities).  Here is what she has to offer thus far.

Cobb Island Day 2003
Date: Saturday, June 7, 2003   This is a single day event, unlike last
year which was a two day event. 
Time expected for our set up arrival is the usual 6:30am and break down
at about 4:00pm

Friday evening, June 6, 2003, is Music On The Green.  Everyone and anyone
is certainly welcomed to those activities, however no CCARC activities
will occur nor will they be expected.

Ms. Potts will contact me later in the week with greater details.  I have
requested the same location as last year, which is the drive area
immediately in front of "The Ole' Cobb Island Fillin' Station", which is
beside Fish Tales Restaurant.  

As has always been the routine, we take the opportunity for this event at
Cobb Island Day to have a great deal of fun, enjoy the company of all,
pig out on those soft shell crab sandwiches, and prepare ourselves for
the upcoming Field Day 2003, which will be only 20 days later.
