[CC-ARES-RACES] Field Day 2003

This is the first chance I have had in several days to get to a computer.
 I am planning on a meeting tomorrow, Saturday 14Jun03, at Cindy's
Pancakes Plus beginning at the usual time of 0730 or so.  After
breakfast, we will head on over to the Field Day site, on Radio Station
Road, in the field between the La Plata HS and Radio Satin Road Academy. 
I have what lists have been submitted thus far.  Unfortunately, the GP
tent often provided by the Maryland National Guard, is out of the
question this year.  I tried numerous times over several weeks to obtain
a commitment, and yesterday I recd voice mail that the tent is not
available.  We must slide to Plan "B".
