[CC-ARES-RACES] Severe Weather

I just spoke to the Charles County EC/RO, Mike Tackish, KA3GRW. He was
not in front of a computer so he asked me to pass along a quick note
that due to the severe weather that is heading our way, he would like
all hams to monitor the main ARES/RACES repeater, 145.390 with 443.700
as a back up.
