Hello all...

     The CCARC has received a request to put on an amateur radio demonstration Saturday, Oct. 19 at the Cedarville State Forest between 10:30AM and 4:00PM. My understanding is that small groups of scouts would be dropping by a setup on a scheduled basis with about a 40 minute demonstration time per group.

     I will be unable to support due to work. Can anyone take the lead on this? Mr. Paul Dempsey has requested that I reply by tomorrow (Friday, Oct. 11). Sorry to be so short with the notice-my home computer is down due to a bad hard drive. And, if you really want a laugh, a maintenance worker at my place of full-time employ removed a bunch of "unused" appearing cables rendering both my office phone and computer, as well as that of a number of my coworkers, inoperable, thus severely limiting my access to a computer.

     I will be teaching the class tonight starting at 6:00PM. You can contact me after class-tentatively around 8:00PM.
