[CC-ARES-RACES] 24 hr, UTC, WWVB Clock at Wal-Mart

As of 1730 tonight, the WalMart in Clinton and Waldorf now have the Oregon
Scientifics on the shelf.  Clinton had 12, Waldorf had 15 sitting out.  They are on
the clock and watches display behind the Jewelery counter.  $12.96 each.
