Thank you Shawn, for all of your work with AUXCOMM. Just the effort and documentation of the Calvert amateur communication systems alone is impressive. 

Welcome aboard Andy, Shawn has left you a solid foundation to build on.

It's time to get some new leadership and fresh ideas into our organization.  I'd like to announce that I'm stepping down as your Calvert ARES Emergency Coordinator and will now be the Assistant Emergency Coordinator.  Andy, KC3WRX, is the new Calvert EC.  I'll still be very much involved but as your ARES AEC.
 
The ARRL MDC section has already approved the job swap.  See MDC Emergency Coordinators / Races Officers – MDC SECTION WEB SITE https://arrl-mdc.org/mdc-emergency-coordinators-races-officers/        ARRL HQ is catching up.
 
Please give Andy your full support.
 
It's been an honor to be your EC for the last 9 years.  Looking forward to many more as your AEC.
