[CALV-AUXCOMM] Info on storm

This is a screenshot from the report at the weather monitoring site at the
Calvert Fairgrounds. There were concerns because some weather stations
manned by Auxcomm members. were unable to record the windspeed.

The time of the screenshot was about 8:22 pm, July 4.

Information only. I'm sure the state has this recorded as it's their
equivalent.
