[CALV-AUXCOMM] ICS-217A errata

There appears to be an issue with page 1, lines 3 and 4 if the new ICS
sheet. They have the same RX frequency. Apparently an issue confusing the
Davidsonville and Crownsville repeaters. There also appears to be a
miscalculation of the TX frequency for Crownsville as well.

Davidsonville is 147.1050 +600 KHz
Crownsville is 147.0750 +600 KHz
