[CALV-AUXCOMM] Time, Location and Registration now open for Tropical Weather class

The site has been selected: PG County EOC. This is located in a quiet road
off I-495 behind a subdivision. Early registration is recommended as the
facility has about 100-120 seats in the command center.

The time is now 10 am for 2 hours.
