Hi Shorty,
I'm not aware of any in-person classes except for the somewhat rare to find ICS-800 class. But FEMA offers on-line classes that cover the Incident Command System and related topics. The FEMA training site is:

Recommend taking ICS-100 and ICS 700 for starters.
