[CALV-AUXCOMM] Suggestions for AUXCOMM Meeting Days/Times

My apologies. I haven't made it to an AUXCOMM meeting in some time. Knowing how important in person participation is to the planning and training for effectively supporting an actual event. I will do a better job of scheduling things around AUXCOMM meetings, whenever and where ever you decide those will be.

Working towards greater participation, I'd like to poll everyone on their suggested days and time for our monthly AUXCOMM meetings.  As you know, we currently hold our meetings on the 3rd Wednesday at 7PM.  Perhaps that isn't the best day/time.
 
Please respond with your suggestions by Monday, April 22nd.  Assume a weekday evening with a start time as early as 5:30 pm or as late as 7:30pm.  Would appreciate your first choice along with your second choice, but please avoid the second Thursday of the month since that's the CARA meeting night.
 
I realize we all have different daily schedules but perhaps there's a better choice than what we have now.
