[CALV-AUXCOMM] Suggestions for AUXCOMM Meeting Days/Times

I have no preference on day of the week however would suggest 2 things: 1-
avoid the 2nd week of the month. That will eliminate 2 meetings in the same
week and 2- keep meeting time at 7pm. Ample time for folks to get home and
eat but also allow a 2 hour time span for the meetings.

Also... Our current location is set up for the remainder of the year. If we
switch days/evenings, we could run into an issue of meeting space
availability for the new days/dates.

Other then that, I'm flexible.
