The example has lat/long in deg-min-sec
For example, a latitude of 38 degrees, 42 minutes and 20 seconds is in the spreadsheet as 38-42-20
But you can give me lat/long in whatever your GPS is set up to do. Decimal deg, deg-min-sec or deg plus decilam minutes. Not hard to convert.

38-42-20 = 38.70555555555556 degrees = 38 deg and 42.333333333333 min
