[CALV-AUXCOMM] Help Needed at Drum Point

I just received a forwarded email written by Mr John Latham who was recently appointed Co-Coordinator of the Drum Point Property Owners Association's (DPPOA) safety committee.  John is trying to update the safety committee roster and contact information.
 
Peter Holt, KB3SXB (SK) had installed and maintained an amateur radio station at the DPPOA office at 401 Lake Drive.  Since Peter's passing, no one (to my knowledge) has routinely checked the station and antennas to make sure everything is functional.
 
The station in question does have a callsign, KB3TGF, assigned to the Drum Point Radio Club, valid through Aug 2029.  I have no idea who is a current member of that club.  If anyone does know, please forward this email to them.  Also, Peter is still listed in the FCC database as the trustee for KB3TGF so a new trustee is needed or the club callsign should be closed.
 
In any case, I'm looking for a volunteer or two who would be willing to join the DPPOA safety committee for the purpose of being the point-of-contact for the amateur radio station and would be willing to check the station's operation on a regular basis. Someone living in the south county (and better yet, in Drum Point) would be ideal.
