[CALV-AUXCOMM] June and July AUXCOMM Meeting Plans

As mentioned before, the June 21 AUXCOMM meeting is cancelled.  In it's place, provided it's needed, CARA will have a last-minute Field Day planning meeting.  It's up to the CARA FD planners, KC2RKP and W3PQS, to decide if they need a meeting and notify CARA members.
 
In place of our July 19 meeting, I'm encouraging AUXCOMM members to attend the public meeting on updates to the Calvert All-Hazards Mitigation Plan instead.  This meeting will be held at 6PM on July 19th at the Harriett Brown Community Center.  In preparation for that meeting, please complete the Community Preparedness Survey and review the current All-Hazards Mitigation Plan, both of which are linked at https://www.calvertcountymd.gov/3053/Hazard-Mitigation
 
And a final reminder... I need a copy of your completed fsd98.  See https://www.arrl.org/files/file/fsd98(2).pdf for a computer fillable pdf of that simple one page form.  I've attached a blank fsd98 to make it even easier. 
 
If I don't receive your fsd98 by the end of the month, I'll assume you are no longer interested in ARES and RACES and remove you from the official membership rolls and AUXCOMM web site access (but keep you on this email Reflector).
