Good Afternoon folks,

 I hope this clears some of the confusion and back and forth on how to
proceed At the Next meeting on Thursday November 11th 2022  .

After careful consideration I respectfully  withdraw my Nomination for the
position of President for CARA Inc.  for 2023.

I think Eric Will Bring new Energy and Ideas to our organization and would
make a good President therefore let me be the first to Congratulate the new
slate of Officers for 2023.
