The current draft of our 2022 hurricane staffing plan is attached.  This is your last chance to volunteer for a spot.  I will be posting the final on our web site tomorrow.  Jun1 1st is the start of the 2022 hurricane season.

In the past, we have been asked to provide support at a shelter, specifically Huntingtown High School.  But it's possible we may be asked to deploy to the hospital or the health department as well.   Our southern communities, Ranch Club and Drum point, are also included in the plan.

Like any emergency plan, it can fall apart in the first hour.  Our first priority as volunteer communicators is to protect our own property and families.  But having a plan in place at least gives us a head start.
