I hope we can plug in Norman KN3D in north county and Troy KC3TXG in south county. I'll be meeting with Troy to get his ht programmed this weekend and see if he's interested. Norman has some interest and past experience.

Subject: [CALV-AUXCOMM] Hurricane Plan for 2022
All,
The hurricane season is almost upon us. It's time to update our staffing plan should the county ask Calvert AUXCOMM to provide communications support.
In the past, we have been asked to provide support at a shelter, specifically Huntingtown High School. But it's possible we may be asked to deploy to the hospital or the health department as well. Our southern communities, Ranch Club and Drum point, are also included in the plan.
Based on some feedback from our members, I've started to fill out the plan for 2022. Please look at the attached and if you feel you can be available to deploy, please let me know your first and second choices (location and initial or relief operator). If I've already plugged in a callsign and it's in error, please let me know about that too, along with the correction.
Like any emergency plan, it can fall apart in the first hour. Our first priority as volunteer communicators is to protect our own property and families. But having a plan in place at least gives us a head start.
tnx
