Impactful Winter Weather Late Tonight through Saturday Night

● Snow/ice threat early Thursday morning-Thursday afternoon

○ Winter Storm Warning (Allegany/Garrett)
○ Winter Weather Advisory (Washington/Frederick)

● Damaging wind/gale threat Friday into Friday evening
● Minor - Moderate Chesapeake tidal flooding Thursday PM - Friday PM
● Flooding from rain possible near/east of I-95 Thursday PM
● Rapidly falling temperatures could result in “flash freeze” Friday
● Dangerously cold wind chills midday Friday through Saturday night
