[CALV-AUXCOMM] MDC Section Spectrum Manager Position

All,

Our ARRL MDC Section Manager, Marty Pittinger,  KB3MXM, is looking for someone to volunteer to be the section spectrum manager.  

Skills include working familiarity with the various radio programming software packages like Chirp and those from RT systems.  Not 100% sure of the duties but I believe one of the objectives is to have files available for all the MDC ARES sections so that teams coming in to help in an emergency can download files for an area and program their radios before arriving.
