[CALV-AUXCOMM] Calvert Hurricane Staffing Plan for 2020

All,

Based on discussion during our net this week, I've attached our staffing plan for supporting county communications during a severe weather event.

As you can see, there are many unfilled positions in the plan, particularly relief operators to spell the first crew.  Please consider stepping up and volunteering for one.

And please remember the added complication of bringing your own PPE due to COVID-19.   Past ops at the county's primary shelter, Huntingtown High School, had our operating position a good distance away from the actual shelter area within the building, but operations at the EOC do not provide this level of isolation.
