Interesting, as this addresses WINMOR for HF; But what of WINLINK for VHF? Or is the whole shebang going to Pay  for Licence/use  Programs? How does ARDOP work on HF? And Does it work VHF? How are we going to be exposed to it, will it mean new and more equipment to run it? How will this effect the EOC vhf equipment? Will this mean that we really need HF radio at EOC so we don’t have to tier messages to an HF capable station from EOC?
