Shawn,
Just as an FYI, I can easily hit the K3CAL-1 digi from up here in PGC from
Doctor's Hospital. I get a good S9 on it. I will leave one of my packet
stations up on Winlink P2P on 145.750 with my base call of KC3DSO in case
anyone want to give it a go.
Also, the MDC Section will be restarting the Monthly Winlink Check In Mike
Liller, N7NMS, used to run a few years back. I have attached one of the
flyers for the Check in. Very easy to do and can be done with Telnet if the
station does not have RF
capability but RF truly tests the system. Check In can be done with just
about any form but a simple New Message Window will work as well as the
Winlink Check In Form. Any questions let me know.
