Think it may have been co-incidental, Red Cross test and Hospital V test. 
Interesting, how fldigi was used with Red Cross and not Winlink! 
I know we disconnected from Red Cross when I first became a member, wonder if that was wise, if we really do want to do emergency e-comm?
