Due to new requirements copies of ICS courses you may have taken will need to be sent to Shawn. I did not have mine so I started looking for copies, struck out. I found a number and called, was utterly surprised, within 3 minutes of dialing the phone my certificates were in my email. The magic number is 301-447-1200, stay on for customer service, let them know what you want and they send it, that easy.
