Just a reminder that our monthly AUXCOMM meeting is this coming Tuesday, 7:30PM at the Calvert Services Building.


Agenda:


1.  An update on the County infrastructure improvement project.

2.  Possible participation in a Region V Hospital exercise on May 18th, 2018

3.  Re-starting a weekly packet net.


I've taken the simplex coverage data from the Calvert Health Department that we gathered on Oct 5th and plotted it on Google Maps (made a custom map ... a neat exercise in itself).

Green  -  full quieting Q5 copy

Yellow -   good copy but not full quieting

Red  -      no copy/copy too bad to be useful.


The H in the blue circle is the Calvert Health Department location


You can click on the map pins for additional data (mostly home QTH identifiers).


We should take some time to fill in more areas south of Prince Frederick.


I was pleased that we could reach the K3ERA repeater from CHD.  Also KC3DSO, Steve.  He was full quieting running 160 w and still Q4 at 50 w.
