A side note.   The URL above is a "shortened link."   These are becoming popular to convey what otherwise can be a long string of characters for a URL.



BUT... this is also a new means for the bad guys to get you to click on a malware site without realizing it.  I'd suggest that when you get any shortened link, you check it out first by going to http://checkshorturl.com/ and typing/pasting in the short link to see what it expands into BEFORE you actually click and go to the short link site.


Doing this for http://ht.ly/fHIx305Kn8n shows that it's taking you to noaa.gov.    Safe.
