Yes, like I said, the site is not a "casual computer" user-friendly website. Could use an overhaul making, it easier for those that don't live via computer feel comfortable accessing it. Just my thought, not a cut; As I know the designer is a very capable computer professional. But this site might be somewhat out of touch with the occasional users, which we host many!
